1 General Provisions & Definitions
tbjie (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "us") operates an online entertainment and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. In this document, "user", "member", or "you" refers to any person who visits the tbjie website or uses any of its services.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement governing the relationship between the Platform and the user. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Membership & Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account at tbjie, you must be 21 years of age or older. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited on this platform. We may request an identity document or other supporting documents to verify your age at any time.
- Only users aged 21 and above may open an account.
- Each user may operate only one account.
- Information provided when creating an account must be accurate and complete.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure.
2.2 Account Restrictions
Creating or operating a tbjie account is strictly prohibited in the following cases:
- Creating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or household.
- Opening an account under someone else's identity or using false information.
- Attempting unauthorized access to or interference with the platform's systems or software.
- Using multiple identities for the purpose of abusing bonus benefits.
3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
tbjie processes financial transactions only through approved mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. We support the following methods for secure and fast transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Transactions must be made from the mobile number registered with your account. Deposits from a third party's mobile number or sending deposits to another person's account are not permitted.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Before processing a withdrawal, tbjie may request additional information for identity verification. The platform reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.
3.3 Currency Policy
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All amounts displayed are to be understood as Bangladeshi Taka. Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
4 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms
tbjie's promotional offers operate under a specific set of rules. Accepting any bonus or promotional benefit constitutes full agreement to the relevant terms.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit. The maximum amount for this bonus is ৳5,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — your total balance will be ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus and other promotional bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
Current wagering multiplier: 10x (on the bonus amount)
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in total bets required. Only after placing this amount in bets can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn.
4.3 Consequences of Bonus Abuse
If any misuse of tbjie's bonus system is detected — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or using artificial betting strategies — the relevant account will be suspended or permanently closed and the bonus will be forfeited.
5 User Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
All users on tbjie must use the platform fairly and honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to play games or place bets.
- Harassing other members, using inappropriate language, or damaging the platform's reputation.
- Using the platform for fraudulent activities or money laundering.
- Copying, distributing, or modifying tbjie's intellectual property, content, or software without authorization.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in hacking activities.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play Policy
All games available on tbjie are developed by various reputable technology providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft. Each game operates with its own rules and statistical characteristics.
6.1 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently regulated and verified by the game providers. No game outcome is predetermined. Neither tbjie nor any of its staff controls game outcomes.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error or server issue, tbjie will attempt to refund the relevant bet amount. However, tbjie is under no obligation to pay out any abnormal or incorrect winnings displayed as a result of a technical error.
7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
tbjie reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Registration using false or incomplete information.
- Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
- As part of an investigation by authorities or a legal proceeding.
Funds legitimately deposited before an account is closed will generally be returned, however bonuses and funds linked to fraud may be forfeited.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
